So my hip and knee decided to be dumb after the wo yesterday and so I'm taking g the next 2days off running and hopefully whip them back into shape. Did 10min wu on the bikes 2x 10min hill climbs and then a 10min cool down. I still went to pre-region to see the course and cheer. I'm glad I didn't run though cuz after just walking a mile of the course my knee wasn't feeling too hot. Shoutout to the team for being awesome.
